Ingredients:
Pecan Pie Crust:
2 ½ Cups flour,
1 TBS Sugar,
Pinch of salt,
1 Cup cold butter,
¼ Cup rendered bacon fat,
6-8 Ounces cold water. /nPecan Pie Filling:
4 Eggs,
½ Cup sugar,
½ Cup brown sugar,
½ Cup corn syrup,
1 ½ Cup pecans,
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Timescale:
