Ingredients:
4 veal escalopes, 150g/5oz each, trimmed and beaten flat
flour
fresh breadcrumbs from bakery or packet of natural breadcrumbs to coat
2 eggs
pinch salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1tsp olive oil
pure lard or vegetable oil for frying
To garnish: 1 lemon cut in wedges and 1 hard boiled egg
Timescale:
This meal takes 15 minutes to prepare and 20 mins to cook.
This meal will serve 4 people.
