Apple Crumble
 
Recipe instructions: Apple crumble recipe. Turn on oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Peel the apples and cut into small chunks. In a bowl dice the butter and then add the sugar then flour. Rub the butter into the flour using your fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Grease the dish. Place the apples in the dish then sprinkle the cinnamon and then the sugar on top of the apples. Put the flour mixture on top and spread it evenly using fingers. Place in the oven for 45 minutes or until top is a light brown colour.

Ingredients:
5 medium cooking apples, 3 tbl caster sugar, 5 oz unsalted butter, 8 oz plain flour, 2 tsp cinammon, 2 further tbl of caster sugar, 8 1/2 inch - 10 inch dish in diameter depending on height. If 2 inch high then use 8 1/2 inch dish. If less than 2 inch use between 9 and 10 inch dish

This meal takes 20 mins to prepare and 45 mins to cook.
This meal will serve 6 people.
