Recipe instructions: Place the jasmine rice and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then cover and simmer for twenty mins. Then take off the heat and let it stand for another 10 mins. Remove the lid and mix with a fork. Then prepare all the other ingredients. Place the nori on a bamboo board and place the jasmine rice on top. Keep your hands wet as this makes sure that the rice doesn't stick to your fingers. Place the desired ingredients one inch from the edge of the nori sheet. Roll up the sushi tight using the bamboo board. Slice about half inch thick and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.

Ingredients:
2 Cups jasmine rice, 3 Cups water , 1 Cup Mayo , 1/4 Cup chili paste , 1 TBS chili oil, 1 TBS sesame oil, Nori, Ahi tuna , Green onions, Sesame seeds, Crab Meat, Cucumbers, Tobiko caviar.
Timescale:
This meal takes 30 mins to prepare and 40 mins to cook.
