Vanilla Souffle
 
Recipe instructions: Start by buttering the bottom of a 1 and half quart souffle dish. Then sprinkle 1 to 2 tbl powdered sugar evenly over the butter. In a saucepan whisk together the flour, 3 tbls sugar and a third cup of milk. Place over a medium heat and whisk in the remaining milk. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in 2 tbls butter, and lightly beaten egg yolks, and vanilla. Then set this aside. In a separate bowl, beat the whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks begin to form. Sprinkle 2 tbls of sugar over the whites and fold together. Spoon this mixture into the souffle dish and bake at 325 degrees centrigrade for 50 to 55 mins. Remov and sprinkle with sugar and serve.

Ingredients:
2 TBS Butter and extra to coat , Powdered sugar to coat , 1 1/4 C milk , 5 TBS sugar, 1/4 Cup flour , 4 Eggs, separated , 1 TSP vanilla , 1/4 TSP cream of tartar .
Timescale:
This meal takes 30 mins to prepare and 55 mins to cook.
