Grilled Steak Salad with Honey Shallot Raspberry Vinaigrette
 
Recipe instructions: Start by seasoning the steak and then sear it in a frying pan. Set this aside on a dish. In a bowl mix together the shallots, garlic, vinegar, honey and the thyme. Then whisk the olive oil into it slowly. Mix all the lettuces together and put on a plate. Then cut up the vegetables and place on the top of the lettuces. Pour on the dressing to the desired amount. Then slice up the steak and place on top. Then finally finish with the scallions.
