Banana Bread
 
Recipe instructions: Start by lightly greasing a loaf tin with butter. Then puree the bananas, eggs, sour cream and vanilla in a food processor. Then sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer and fix with a whisk attachment. Then add the remaining 10 tbls of butter and mix on a low speed until blended. This should take approximately 30 seconds. Add the banana mixture in three batches, scraping the sides of the bowl and mixing on a medium speed. Then fold in the nuts. Pour this into the loaf tin and put in the oven on 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 mins. Then once removed from the oven cool for 10 mins before turning out onto a wire rack.

1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 2 Eggs, 1 1/2 TSP Vanilla, 2 1/2 Bananas, 2 Cups Flour, 3/4 Cup Sugar, 2 TBS Brown Sugar , 1 TSP Baking Soda, 3/4 TSP Baking Powder, 1/2 TSP Salt , 10 TBS Butter, 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts.
