Drop doughnuts
 
Recipe instructions: Start by combining the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Then in a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Add one bowl to the other and mix together. Then fold in the raisins and spoon the dough into hot vegetable oil. (350 degrees). Fry for 4 to 6 mins and drain with a paper towel. Finally sprinkle with some powdered sugar or caster sugar.

1 1/2 Cups Flour, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1 1/2 TSP Baking Powder , 1/4 TSP Nutmeg, 1/4 TSP Salt, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1 1/2 TSP Melted Butter, 1/2 TSP Vanilla, 1 Cup Raisins, 2 Cups Vegetable Oil, Powdered Sugar To Taste.
