beefburgers with mushroom sauce
 
Recipe instructions: Using your hands, mould the ground meat into two 8 oz patties. Season well with salt and pepper. Then in a hot frying pan add 1 tsp of olive oil. Sear the patties to the desired temperature. Once the meat is cooked set aside. then in the and caramelise. Then deglaze with cabernet and cook until amost gone.ze with cabernet and reduce until almost gone. Then add in the beef stock and thyme and reduce again the amount of liquid to approximately half by cooking on the high heat. Finish the sauce with butter and salt and pepper and pour over the patties.
