Homemade Macaroni and 5 Cheeses
 
Recipe instructions: In a hot saucepan add the olive oil and caramelise the garlic and onion. Add the cream and reduce by a quarter. Grate all the cheese and whisk into the cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper and paprika. Boil the noodles until al dente and place into a souffle dish. Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the noodles. Cover the top of the souffle dish with panko breadcrumbs. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 mins.

1 TBS Olive Oil, 3 TBS Garlic, 1 Cup Red Onions, 2 Cups Heavy Cream, 2 Ounces Butter, 1 1/2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, 1/2 Cup Cheddar, 1/2 Cup White Cheddar, 1/2 Cup Asiago italian cheese, 1/2 Cup Provolone, 1/2 Cup Jack, 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Salt, Pepper, Paprika To Taste .
