2 TBS Fresh Cilantro (coriander),
1 TSP Soy Sauce.
Sauce:
1 TSP Garlic,
1 TBS Fresh Ginger,
1/3 Cup Green Onions,
1/3 Cup Red Wine,
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar,
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce,
4 Ounces Butter.
